Pre-MEP Engagement
AKMZA is appointed alongside architect and interior designer — before MEP is drawn. The biological layer of the residence is authored into the architecture, not retrofitted onto it.

Light, air, sound, water and sleep environments are designed room-by-room against the AKMZA Longevity Standard — a proprietary, measurable framework.

Design Drawings & Documentation
We produce the full design package: keypad and luminaire schedules, sensor layouts, control topologies, acoustic and air strategies — issued to architect, contractor and consultants.

Full MEP to System-Control Specification
MEP is engineered to AKMZA's control specification — not the other way around. Power, data, HVAC and plumbing are designed to serve the intelligence layer beneath the architecture.
