The Academy exists because no existing programme teaches the complete ecosystem of luxury intelligent living — system architecture, longevity science, interior biology, premium user experience and full project lifecycle — together, in one curriculum. That gap is the Academy's reason to exist.

Who is admitted.
Practising architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, system integrators and property developers working at UHNW or ultra-luxury level. Applications are reviewed personally. Not all requests are accepted.
